Emotional Support Therapy with Vicky

A Safe Space to Talk, Reflect and Move Forward

Sometimes life feels overwhelming. You may know something needs to change, but you're not sure where to start. Emotional Support Therapy offers you the time, space and guidance to understand what's holding you back and make positive, lasting changes.

My role is to support, encourage and guide you as you work towards the life you want to live. Together we will explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, helping you gain clarity, build resilience and develop healthier ways of thinking.

Many clients describe sessions as finally having the opportunity to stop, breathe and make sense of everything that has been building up for months or even years.

How Can Emotional Support Therapy Help?

Emotional Support Therapy can help if you are experiencing:

  • Anxiety, stress or constant worry

  • Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted

  • Low confidence or low self-esteem

  • Feeling stuck in life, work or relationships

  • Menopause-related emotional changes

  • Recovery after illness, surgery or medical treatment

  • Adjusting to major life changes

  • Burnout and emotional fatigue

  • Insomnia or poor sleep

  • Grief and loss

  • Autoimmune conditions where stress may be affecting your wellbeing

  • Feeling flat, unmotivated or disconnected

  • Difficulty coping with everyday life

Many people come to me after trying other therapies without finding the progress they hoped for. By working together in a supportive, practical and non-judgemental way, we identify the underlying causes of your difficulties rather than simply managing the symptoms.

Working Together

Our sessions are tailored entirely around you.

We'll gently uncover the patterns, beliefs and emotional habits that no longer serve you and replace them with healthier ways of thinking that reflect who you are today and who you want to become.

Think of it as reorganising the filing system in your mind—keeping what serves you and letting go of what doesn't. Together we'll create new strategies that help you feel calmer, more confident and more in control of your future.

Support for Children and Young People

I also work with children, teenagers and young adults, providing emotional support, mentoring and practical strategies to help them navigate anxiety, confidence, friendships, school pressures and life's challenges.

I can provide mentoring within educational settings, including supporting young people with or without an EHCP.

"I'm so grateful to you for not letting me give up hope on this dream (living independently) and I just wanted to say a proper thank you for everything you did.  I also got diagnosed with  ADHD last year. In terms of finding a solution for the hell that is ADHD this  (medication) is definitely a fantastically promising starting point. I can't believe I should have been feel this way this entire time" (15 ish years from early life to diagnosis mid twenties, E Leominster)

"I am 56 and I have just realised that I am "allowed " to live the life I want, how I want it and I don't have to "wait my turn" or take the dregs of life anymore! I am a grown up - Amazing!"
AM Leominster

"I have been having rigorous cancer treatment but I feel so much better after my sessions with Vick.  I now book in every month for a coaching session.  I am amazed about what we have covered and what has been revealed to me - I am a much happier person, lighter - I can see a bright future, no longer bogged down and defined by my cancer diagnosis.  Thank you  Vick"
