This is a text sent to Vicky from a client who had experienced improvmement in her sleep since her hypnotherapy sessions with Vicky

Insomnia 

I was delighted to receive this message recently. This client and I have worked on

  • Identifying and managing her anxieties,

  • inner child healing and  

  • clearing her "limiting" beliefs

Before therapy this client would regularly miss 2 nights  sleep.

​

She now wakes infrequently and is able to get herself back to sleep using the techniques she has learned.

 

Her friends and family have commented on how good she looks and how her personality is "lighter"
