Weight management for weight loss and weight management will change eating behaviours, patterns and habits for your benefit for the rest of your life. No more faddy diets and no more expensive temporary fixes. We will discuss all your habits and beliefs around eating, food and body image and weight. It still takes will power - this is not a magic wand but hypnotherapy not only focusses on your goals but allows you to remain on track to maintain these goals. This is a minimum of 8 sessions commitment and is booked in advance at a reduced rate per session. There should be at least a week between each session to allow behavioural changes to settle in.
