Walking into your first session can feel a bit daunting, but a little preparation can make all the difference. Here’s what I recommend:

  • Set Clear Intentions

Think about what you want to achieve. It could be reducing anxiety, improving sleep, or gaining confidence. Having a clear goal helps guide the session.

  • Wear Comfortable Clothing

You’ll be relaxing deeply, so loose, comfortable clothes are best.

  • Avoid Heavy Meals or Caffeine

A light meal beforehand and avoiding stimulants can help you relax more easily.

  • Keep an Open Mind

Approach the session with curiosity rather than scepticism. This openness can enhance your experience. My expectation of you is to want to feel better and to welcome the changes

  • Plan Some Quiet Time After

Give yourself space to rest or reflect after the session. You might feel more sensitive or introspective and bit a more thirsty - plenty of water is recommended.

Remember, I am there to support you every step of the way. Don’t hesitate to ask questions or share any concerns before or during the session.
