Nicotine addiction

A stop vaping triumph for client last week - she quit on holiday - this powerful client gained control over a habit that was annoying her and costing her money. She came to see me and as a side issue we discussed her habit and talked about it. I happend to say that nictoine leaves the body after 3 days and lessens its hold leaving you free to get into nicer things to do with your time. She used these words to control her addiction and make it a thing of the past.

It takes about two weeks for a new habit to form - this is of your choosing, your choice. It could be doing some breathing or yoga, some meditation - whatever you choose - you will feel the benefits of self care and being gentle and kind to yourself. I could write about Stoptober coming up - but you will know when the right time is for you to give up nicotine - however you consume it - if you feel it's your time - do it. Spend your money on something you really want.

I was 40 when I finally gave up (13 years ago) I was expecting our youngest child - I had just discovered I was pregnant but still smoking and in shock and denial as I had just turned 40. My friend Nikki called me out on it "why the hell are you still smoking?" it shocked me into stopping there and then. Never touched one since! It was such a relief to finally give up. Have you given up nicotine? What helped you?
