Weight loss is an 8 session mind set restart. It is lifechanging and it requires stamina, commitment and hard work. K undertook an 8 session package on the understanding,
that she "had a lot of stuff to process". We talked over her life experiences to date, forensically, examining past learnings from childhood and patterns of thinking and behaviour that might be tripping her up or sabotaging her.
Sure enough there were bumps in the road and an experience memory appeared with regards to a controlling partner in the past. This memory was linked with not wanting to "look nice". It was a belief that stopped her wanting to attract attention to herself as a slender person - an important belief to deal with. We were able to deal with this limiting memory effectively -
K now has the job of her dreams, her natural sparkle is beginning to reappear, she is enjoying exercise again. She is feeling less "stuck" and more her authentic self again.
